Healthcare Risk Management is the identification and evaluation of risks as a means to reduce injury or adverse outcomes to patients, staff and visitors either proactively or re-actively and to prevent incidents or respond to incidents once they occur.
Our consultant Risk Managers bring significant experience and proven track records in managing complex healthcare risks to assist our Ambulatory Surgery Centers to stay compliant, reduce risks and ensure patient safety. We will assist the ASCs to identify potential risks and improve patient safety, reduce medical errors, remain compliant with regulatory organizations and standards, and be responsible for meeting AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) statutory requirements for Risk Management.
